Acquired by Independent, Experienced and Enthusiastic Private Operators, we were engaged to return this wonderful old pub to former glories. Despite its wonderful historic architecture, repetitive modernisation had either removed or concealed the soul of this old pub, a ‘sanitised’ high end, once successful but failing ‘fine dining’ restaurant of limited local appeal.
The result, a comfortable intimate Place carefully contrasting the older elements with more contemporary design, contrasting the old with the new, a culture that best reflects the great People and their great new and innovative Proposition.
